Ebay Satnav & Hmi (convse) Question

Hi,

 

i'm biting the bullet and going for a Mk3 galaxy, i have a few options but i need some help to decide.

 

1) does anyone know if the ebay 'focus/mondeo' satnavs from china fit the galaxy with the smaller rounder style head unit (the late 07 type)? they look the same shape from the pictures...

 

2) no very important but i'm curious, can you retrofit the convers instrument cluster into a galaxy?
